A bit of stress and anxiety is part of life, but sometimes we could all do with support to keep it in check, either in the form of a friendly ear when we’re feeling low or some expert advice on an issue that is causing sleepless nights. Mind-Matters is designed to help maintain mental wellbeing every day and build resilience - that is the ability to bounce back from difficult or stressful situations. The combination of emotional and practical support and our ability to signpost plan members to the best, most appropriate support for their needs, means that Mind-Matters is a great place to start when you need help, no matter what the problem might be.
