Nadine Middleton

Head of Customer Experience

Nadine joins Lime following 17 years at Aviva, where her long career took her from the coal face of delivery right through to supporting the incoming CEO to establish her office.  During this time, she covered strategy, customer experience, digital, supply chain and competition policy. Nadine is thrilled to be returning to health – where she started in 2004 – and to her passion of ensuring customers always come first.

Nadine’s greatest achievements include leading Aviva’s response to the competition commission’s inquiry into healthcare, launching Aviva’s first ever digital claims capability and embedding a set of core “customer experience principles” across the Aviva business and its entire product set.

When she’s not standing up for customers (or cracking a pun on Lime’s daily stand-up meeting), Nadine can be found on the tennis court, the slopes or, more likely, dreaming about her next holiday and listening to The Archers while ferrying her two daughters across Hampshire to dance lessons and cricket matches.
